The OpenCms mailing list

The opencms-dev mailing list is the place for all questions, comments and suggestions for OpenCms and the main forum of the OpenCms community. Use this list for simple "first time" user questions as well as for specialized comments, questions and/or feedback regarding OpenCms. The OpenCms core development team from Alkacon Software and several other experienced OpenCms users and developers are regularly answering questions on this list.

Participation on the opencms-dev mailing list is of course voluntary. In case you have a question where you really need an answer, there are professional support options available for OpenCms as well. Please see the Support section for details.

    May 7, 2012 - Alkacon Software has moved the OpenCms Wiki to a new server. While functionality remains the same, the wiki software and all extensions have been updated to the latest available version.

    Apr 16, 2012 - Alkacon Software has moved OpenCms issue tracking from bugzilla to Github. Please report bugs, issues or problems in OpenCms here.

    Apr 12, 2012 - Alkacon OCEE 3.0.4 extends an OpenCms 8 installation with LDAP, Clustering, Replication and improved performance. OCEE increases scalability, availability and fail-over security of mission-critical high-traffic OpenCms sites of a medium or large Enterprise. Adds HTTP request load balancing and full integration of existing LDAP user directories with the OpenCms permission system.
