Major new features of OpenCms 26
- AI/LLM based translation added to the XML content editor.
- AI/LLM translation workflows for OpenAI and DeepL API.
- Configurable secret provider for securely storing encrypted passwords or API keys.
- Edit properties of multiple files in the upload dialog.
- Added compatibility with Java 25.
- OpenCms now requires at least Java 21.

OpenCms 21 Source Code
The OpenCms distribution includes the OpenCms core and the Mercury template. The source code can be obtained from the respective repositories on GitHub.
OpenCms 21 Update Wizard
To update an older, manual OpenCms installation to the latest version. Only the OpenCms core is updated.
Not required if the Docker image is used. In this case, simply replace the Docker image with the latest version for the update.
