Technology for Solutions has developed a three steps Workflow for OpenCms v7.x. Easy to use and deploy, this module aims to solve the content authoring, approval and publication process. TFSLA Basic Workflow is a commercial module currently FREE.
This module was built using native OpenCms functionality and enable users to include any type of content on the workflow process. The main functionalities are:
The module is available at www.tfsla.com/opencms (spanish) or www.tfsla.com/eng/opencms (english) DOWNLOAD box. The module does not contain source code but is highly configurable.
TFSLA Basic Workflow supports Microsoft SQL Server database and MYSQL.

OpenCms 18 adds a new "Place element" mode in the page editor that allows precise element placement as an alternative to drag & drop. Reused content is now clearly marked. Automatic typographical correction of quotation marks has been added to all of the editors. “Dead links” in content that is entered in a WYSIWYG editor are now automatically disabled. Our Mercury template includes several new features, such as setting different image formats for mobile and desktop and many more.
