Improved context menus

Cascading submenus improve the usability

The context menus were improved using Ajax technology to create the menus dynamically based on the individual users permissions.

Less often used functions of the OpenCms workplace were moved to cascading submenus to enhance the usability.

The HTML code for generating the menu structure was also optimized to reduce the amount of produced HTML code, to improve the speed and look and feel of the menus.
