The OpenCms workplace can now be searched using the integrated Lucene search index.

This makes it easy for content editors or developers to locate and update contents in the OpenCms virtual file system matching their search queries. It is possible to restrict the search to the current folder or to current content fields like title, description or keywords.

The search result list can be used to work with the found resources using the context menu of OpenCms.

Content editors can do their modifications directly without the need to leave the search result list, e.g. edit the found matches, delete files or folders, publish their changes, etc.
