More additions to the OpenCms user management are the improved permission options and the switch user function.

The permissions options have been improved to be able to set permissions for the new system roles.
A special permission for "All others" makes it easier to set complex permissions on OpenCms resources without having to set permissions for each existing group.

A switch user function has been added to the Account Management to enable Users with the Account manager role to switch to this user without knowing the users password.
This is handy to help a user solving a specific problem from his perspective.
